Description

We are currently seeking Manager of Analytics candidates for our growing business who are self-motivated, team players. This position is accountable for managing client projects, executing project plans through hands-on efforts and management of team members. Managers contribute to task planning and are responsible for managing multiple consultants to support the plan. In addition, managers are expected to contribute to internal goals and initiatives when their time or skillsets are needed.

The individual should be adept at establishing solid client relationships, creating a challenging and rewarding environment for consultants and analysts, and possess strong team-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to discussions of methodology and provide input into identifying key insights and strategic recommendations
  • Provide strong leadership in project planning, project execution, and project management
    • Create task plans (linked to project plans) for self and all team members
    • Daily review of progress relative to plan for each employee and task
  • Manage client expectations and consultant teams to meet project timelines and budgets
  • Ensure consultants understand project scope and overall objectives and how specific goals are designed to achieve the deliverables
  • Complete project status reports and lead status calls
  • Present findings / results to clients on conference calls
  • Develop and contribute to live client presentations

Skills Required

  • 6+ years of experience in working with data and utilizing quantitative techniques to solve marketing or business problems, such as campaign analysis, program optimization, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling. Proficient knowledge of SAS or other statistical programming language
  • Knowledge of direct marketing principles and best in class methodologies
  • Knowledge of online metrics and analytic techniques
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Senior Analyst


We are currently seeking entry level candidates interested in advancing their career in the field of Marketing Analysis. The Senior Analyst role is responsible for supporting our client’s high level objectives for acquisition, retention, up-sell, cross-sell and profitability by leveraging the appropriate analytic techniques and approaches to support the design, execution and assessment of marketing campaigns.

Essential Functions

  • Create analytical data sets for modeling and analysis
  • Analyze variable correlations, and perform exploratory data analysis
  • Build statistical models for behavioral predictions
  • Interpret and report on findings of analysis
  • Conduct and develop customer analysis to gain marketing business insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (advanced degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in working with data and utilizing quantitative techniques to solve marketing or business problems, such as campaign analysis, program optimization, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling. Experience through academics does qualify.
  • Working knowledge of SAS or other statistical programming language
  • Knowledge of direct marketing principles and best in class methodologies
  • Knowledge of online metrics and analytic techniques
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the US

Marketing Coordinator


The Marketing Coordinator is responsible to execute on the Marketing/Communications/Public Relations plan for CAC Group. Accountable to: CMO.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Lead Coordinator and member of Marketing Committee Team (MCT):
    • Clear and pro-active communication and participation
    • Commitment and active support for MCT initiatives
    • Excellence in teamwork and co-operation
  • Attend internal training and develop relevant knowledge and skills
  • Marketing Committee Team:
    • Maintain an updated plan per the MCT and CMO
    • Plan, organize all timelines for required support per the plan, including but not limited to:
      • Events, conferences (external and internal functions)
      • Promotional materials as required from initial briefing to final produced product into market.
      • Coordinate and collaborate with existing and new resources (as informed by CMO) to ensure we have the following:
        • Secure correct targeting criteria for initiatives
        • Secure content as directed and produce promotional/communications materials:
          • Direct Mail
          • White papers
          • Web site updates
          • Apps
          • Blog updates
          • Segmentology newsletter
          • Plus other new initiatives as required
    • Event support:
      • Logistics and attendance (as needed) from the initial commitment to a successful event and all wrap up requirements

Anticipated Time Allocation

  • Part time position: see compensation section, plus time commitment for offsite events
  • MCT Participation: 20%
  • Marketing: 50%
  • Promotion/Events: 30%

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of marketing support, preferably a marketing agency executing campaigns
  • Proven communications skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and team based skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Enjoys some travel and meeting people

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate based on 24 hours per week:
  • Rate: $24.00 - $26.50 per hour
